These Terms of Service govern your use of neartrix.com and related publicly available demos, forms, and content operated by Neartrix.

By accessing the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Website and demos

The website provides product information, industry and platform pages, pricing previews, and interactive demos such as the AI visibility report.

Demo outputs are illustrative. They are not production audits, search rankings, guarantees of performance, or advice for a specific business decision.

Pricing shown on the website is illustrative until confirmed in a commercial proposal or subscription agreement.

Accounts and access

Sign-in and account creation interfaces on this website may be preparatory until production authentication is connected.

If you are given access to a Neartrix workspace, your use of that product is also subject to the customer agreement, order form, and product-specific terms that apply to your organization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt service, scrape content in a way that harms availability, submit unlawful content, or impersonate another person or business.

We may suspend or block access where we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.

Intellectual property

Neartrix names, logos, product copy, design systems, and site content are owned by Neartrix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from site materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and demos are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neartrix disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Neartrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from use of the website or demos, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision.
